Selected material: Unfinished MDF
Natural brown MDF, supplied unfinished. Easy to sand, prime and paint for indoor projects.

Give a decorative plaque or layered sign a softer edge with an eight-lobed scalloped round blank.
Material and thickness: Choose unfinished MDF in 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2in thickness; clear, white or black acrylic in 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 or 3/4in; or white or black PVC in 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 or 3/4in. Aluminum is offered in 2 mm thickness.
Size: Choose a 4, 6, 8 or 12in maximum outside diameter, measured from the outermost scallop tips across the centre. Eight broad, smooth lobes form the perimeter; the inside valleys are smaller than the listed diameter.
What you receive: One solid flat scalloped round blank without a centre opening or hanging hole. Lettering, paint and decorative layers are not included.
Finish: Supplied unfinished or as-cut in your selected material and colour. MDF has a natural brown fibre surface and is intended for dry indoor use; cut edges can be darker. Unfinished MDF is easy to sand, prime and paint for indoor décor. Acrylic is supplied in the selected clear, white or black finish. PVC options are CNC-cut and supplied as-cut. Sanding, paint, engraving, printing and other decorative finishing are not included. These are flat pieces, not freestanding products. No mounting hardware is included.
Pickup and local delivery: Made locally in Canada. Choose local pickup in Mississauga or free local delivery to eligible addresses within 40 km of L5N 8G4. Eligibility is checked at checkout. Standard production takes 2–3 business days. Select items may be ready within 24 hours when confirmed. Wait for your ready-for-pickup email before visiting. Delivery timing is confirmed after the order is ready; the production estimate is not a delivery-arrival guarantee.

14-day returns and exchanges: All orders, including personalized and made-to-order items, are eligible for a return or exchange request within 14 days of pickup or delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered and in their original condition. Contact us before returning items to our Mississauga workshop. No restocking fee. Exchanges depend on availability.
