Refund policy

We offer 14-day returns for a refund or exchange on all orders, including personalized and made-to-order items.

Return window and condition

Request your return or exchange within 14 calendar days of pickup or delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered and in their original condition. Keep your order number or proof of purchase. There is no restocking fee.

How to request a return or exchange

Submit a return request through your customer account, or email info@anpcutting.com with your order number and the items you want to return. For an exchange, tell us which replacement you would like. We will review the request and send return instructions before you bring items back.

Approved returns are brought to ANP Cutting at Unit 4, 2840 Argentia Road, Mississauga, ON L5N 8G4, Canada. Returning items to the workshop is the customer's responsibility. Free local delivery does not include return collection. Exchanges depend on availability; we will confirm any price difference before proceeding.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method only after we receive and inspect the approved return. We will confirm the result by email. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. A return request is not an automatic refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Email info@anpcutting.com as soon as possible with your order number, the issue and photos if available. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, warranty or other rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
