Create a closed arch frame for a decorative interior feature wall with a modular kit cut from unfinished MDF.
Material and size: Choose a finished assembled outer size of 17.5 x 47.5, 23.5 x 59.5, 29.5in x 71.5in, measured width x total height including the semicircular top. Every frame has a flat 2in face. The selected 1/4 or 1/2in option is the MDF sheet thickness.
What you receive: One kit includes seven separate parts for one closed arch frame: two quarter-arch tops, four vertical leg segments and one full-width bottom bar. The quarter-arch pieces meet at the top centre, each side leg has one straight splice, and the bottom bar closes the frame. Parts require assembly and wall mounting.
Finish and installation: Unfinished MDF is easy to sand, prime and paint for indoor décor. Supplied raw, unprimed and unpainted for your own preparation and finishing. The profile is flat, without decorative routed details. MDF has a natural brown surface and visible cut edges. Joints and edges may require preparation before your chosen finish. For decorative indoor wall use. Adhesive, fixings, filler, primer, paint and installation are not included.
Pairing: The matching Arched MDF Panel is sold separately. Pair the 17.5in x 47.5in frame with the 12.75in x 42.75in panel; 23.5in x 59.5in frame with the 18.75in x 54.75in panel; 29.5in x 71.5in frame with the 24.75in x 66.75in panel. The panel leaves a nominal 3/8in reveal of the wall around the inside of the frame; it is not a flush-fit insert.
Pickup and local delivery: Made locally in Canada. Choose local pickup in Mississauga or free local delivery to eligible addresses within 40 km of L5N 8G4. Eligibility is checked at checkout. Standard production takes 2–3 business days. Select items may be ready within 24 hours when confirmed. Wait for your ready-for-pickup email before visiting. Delivery timing is confirmed after the order is ready; the production estimate is not a delivery-arrival guarantee.

14-day returns and exchanges: All orders, including personalized and made-to-order items, are eligible for a return or exchange request within 14 days of pickup or delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered and in their original condition. Contact us before returning items to our Mississauga workshop. No restocking fee. Exchanges depend on availability.
