Give a handmade sign or event display a curved top with a simple arch-shaped blank.
Material and thickness: Choose unfinished MDF in 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2in thickness; clear, white or black acrylic in 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 or 3/4in; or white or black PVC in 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 or 3/4in. Aluminum is offered in 2 mm thickness.
Size: Choose 6 x 8, 8 x 12 or 12in x 18in. Dimensions are overall width x total height, including the curved top. Each blank has a flat bottom and rounded arch top.
What you receive: One item includes one flat arch blank. A stand, base, lettering and mounting holes are not included. Select a separate display solution appropriate to your project.
Finish: Unfinished MDF is easy to sand, prime and paint for indoor décor. PVC options are CNC-cut and supplied as-cut. Supplied unfinished or as-cut in your selected material and colour. MDF has a natural brown surface, and cut edges can be darker. Sanding, paint, engraving, printing and other decorative finishing are not included. These are flat pieces, not freestanding products. No mounting hardware is included.
Pickup and local delivery: Made locally in Canada. Choose local pickup in Mississauga or free local delivery to eligible addresses within 40 km of L5N 8G4. Eligibility is checked at checkout. Standard production takes 2–3 business days. Select items may be ready within 24 hours when confirmed. Wait for your ready-for-pickup email before visiting. Delivery timing is confirmed after the order is ready; the production estimate is not a delivery-arrival guarantee.

14-day returns and exchanges: All orders, including personalized and made-to-order items, are eligible for a return or exchange request within 14 days of pickup or delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered and in their original condition. Contact us before returning items to our Mississauga workshop. No restocking fee. Exchanges depend on availability.
